  1. Do I have to sign a long-term contract to start my subscription?
    No. You have the option of signing a longer contract and reducing your overall cost, but you are only required to sign a monthly contract that can be canceled at any time.
  2. Do I have to be an expert trader to learn any Wizetrade® software?
    Absolutely not. Many of our 130,000 customers have been first-time traders who have learned how they can be successful at trading using Wizetrade products. We are here to help you every step of the way.
  3. Does my subscription include the data feed that is required to run Wizetrade software products?
    Yes. Your monthly subscription includes your software and real-time market data feed, as well as access to online training materials, Wizetrade TV®, Web communities, and much more.
  4. Do I have to pay extra for advanced technical support?
    No. As long as you maintain an active account with a Wizetrade product, you receive free technical and customer support at every level. We will help you with everything related to running and utilizing our software on your computer and understanding advanced strategies.
  5. Are there any hidden fees beyond my subscription?
    No. You pay $99 a month. It’s that simple.
  6. I am new to trading and am not sure what product would be best for me.
    Just as each trader is unique, so is each product and each market. If you are unsure of which market you would like to trade, please contact our software specialists at 1.800.304.8881 (option 1).  They will be happy to go over your trading goals and help you decide what market and product would work best for you.
  7. Do I need an Internet connection?
    Yes. We strongly recommend high-speed Internet usage with our software. Dial- up can make the process extremely difficult.
  8. Are you a brokerage firm?
    No. We do not provide buy, sell or hold advice. We provide you with the tools and training so you can trade more effectively and confidently. We have several integrated brokerage partners if you interested in working with them.
  9. Does this software tell me what to buy?
    No. Our software is a robust tool that measures buying and selling pressure in the marketplace based on a patent-pending proprietary algorithm. We provide training that shows you how you can best use our charts to trade more effectively. Again, we do not provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
